Meeting scheduling and the technology you use to enhance, simplify, or automate it is becoming increasingly important. With remote and hybrid workplaces becoming a fixture in many of our lives, the reliance upon meeting scheduling tools like CalendarHero is needed more than ever to keep teams connected and customer engagement on point. That’s why we’re constantly working to improve and elevate the meeting scheduling solutions we offer at CalendarHero. In response to user feedback, this month’s product release includes a new invitee flow, more branding options, custom start times, support for Microsoft Exchange, and more.

1. New Invitee Flow

Great meetings start with great invitee experiences. CalendarHero is committed to helping you successfully book more meetings. After listening to feedback from our customers, we found a way to add more simplicity and focus to your invitee’s meeting acceptance experience. Now, when you share your CalendarHero personal scheduling link with an invitee, your invitee will be prompted to select a time to meet before adding their contact details. It’s a more straightforward experience for your invitees and places the most critical part of your meeting request — selecting a time — at the forefront.

2. Profile Icon

Make your brand visible at crucial invitee touchpoints with CalendarHero’s branding and personalization options. In addition to a custom logo, you can now upload a custom photo icon to your meeting acceptance experience. Your optional logo and photo will be on full display to your invitees from the left-hand side of your meeting acceptance page, along with your meeting’s details. To access custom branding features, make sure you’re on a Professional or Team plan. View plans.

3. Task Cards

Keep track of active meeting requests and upcoming meetings easily within your CalendarHero task cards. Once logged in, you’ll be able to use task cards to send reminders to attendees, reschedule, and edit your meeting requests effortlessly. With this update to task cards, we’ve given you even more insight into your meetings. Click “view more” to see additional details associated with your meeting, including the custom settings you’ve added like lead time, availability window, and buffers. This way, you’ll be able to have more visibility into each of your meetings.

4. Custom Start Time

We’re offering our users even more meeting scheduling versatility with the option to customize your meeting start times by meeting type. By default, when you send an automated meeting request or share your personal scheduling link, CalendarHero shows your available time slots in hourly increments. However, to give you more control over how your time slots are displayed, you can now determine your preferred start time.

For example, if you have a meeting type for a sales call with a 30-minute duration (the length of the meeting) and opt to display your calendar availability to invitees in increments of 15 minutes, then your availability could show as 9:00 am to 9:30 am, 9:15 am to 9:45 am, 9:30 am to 10:00 am, and so forth.

Customize your start time in your meeting types to suit your meeting needs and goals.
