Your New, Simpler CalendarHero Invitee Experience
We’re introducing a new, simpler, and more effective CalendarHero scheduling experience to make it easier for your invitees to book meetings with you.
Want to make more meetings happen? It starts with a great invitee experience. That’s why CalendarHero is built to help you win over new clients, meet candidates before the competition, and arrange key meetings with your stakeholders faster. With features like invitee questions, payment collection, automated video conferencing links, and shared availability, you can design simple (and powerful) scheduling experiences for you and your invitees.
But after listening to our CalendarHero customers (aka the best people ever), we found a way to add even more simplicity and focus to your invitee experience. Initially, when you would share a CalendarHero personal scheduling link, your invitee would have been prompted to add their contact details before selecting a time to meet. However, our customers pointed out that this first step could derail some invitees from moving to the most important step: selecting a time. So we decided to fix that! Now, your invitees have a much more straightforward invitee experience. Check out what’s changed.
Start with time selection
Now when an invitee clicks on your personal scheduling link, they'll be asked to select a time to meet right away. Once your invitee selects their preferred meeting time from your real-time availability, they can then enter their name and email address on a second page. If you've added invitee questions to this meeting type, the second page is where they'll be shown. As always, you can decide if your questions are optional or mandatory. If you’re arranging a paid session and have added payment collection to this meeting type, then your invitee will be prompted to add their payment information on the second page as well.
By starting with time selection, you can ensure your prospects, customers, and colleagues aren't overwhelmed by questions before they've committed to a meeting time. As a result, you'll be able to boost your booking success.
Simplified design
Your invitee experience should be clear and easy! In addition to updating the CalendarHero invitee experience flow, we’ve enhanced the design.
To help keep your meeting’s information front and center, we’ve removed the top banner. From the left banner, your invitee will see your meeting title along with your optional custom logo or profile icon. With this new layout, your invitees will be able to immediately recognize your brand and the details of your meeting request.
As per usual, you get to choose whether your invitees see your calendar availability within a monthly or weekly view. You can control how your availability displays in your profile settings under branding & display. Learn more.
