The team is launching updates that might cause some syncing issues with new Google providers. This would only impact newly registered accounts or users attempting to reconnect their provider.

The team is currently investigating & are trying to patch it quickly - update to follow.

12:36 pm EST: Google syncing seems to be stabilizing but the team is testing to ensure uniform syncing account all accounts. Microsoft providers might still be impacted at this time - the team is continuing to investigate and will provide any relavant updates.

3:34 pm EST: The team has deployed a fix for this and Microsoft & Google calendars have now returned to regular syncing speeds.

We’re currently experiencing issues with calendar provider syncing. The engineering team is currently investigating this issue and will provide updates.

10:12 am EST: The team has identifies that there are numerous Microsoft providers that are syncing on repeat, which is causing our system to delay other syncing related functions. Due to the of the volume of meeting trying to be processed, any queue related features are currently experiencing slowness (Loading availabilities, syncing).

10:41 am EST: The team has identified the issue and is currently working to implement & release a fix - updates to follow.

11:00 am EST: The team has pushed out a fix for this and regular syncing has been established.

We’re currently experiencing slow syncing due to an influx of traffic around contact & calendar syncing. Meeting scheduling and pulling availability is still functional but syncing an event after booking or creating an event directly in a calendar is temporarily hampered. The team is looking into this and will provide updates.

4:36 pm EST: The engineering team has corrected the issue - syncing is back to normal speeds.

We’re currently experiencing issues with calendar providers being removed from the application. The engineering team is aware and investigating a solution - more updates to follow.

1:10 pm EST: The team has discovered that some users have their calendars not integrated on their accounts. The team is working to re-sync those for impacted users but if you are experiencing this issue, please go to your integrations to re-add your calendar and re-establish syncing. Users will also have to re-add this as a booking calendar for any meeting types that previously had it added before.

3:42 pm EST: The team has successfully re-added & reimported calendars of impacted users. Please note that some users might have duplicate calendar integrations because of this. If this is the case, you can delete that duplicate calendar under your integrations.

We’re currently experiencing some downtime on our web and meeting applications. Engineering team has identified the issue and is implementing a resolution.

We’re currently partially down, experiencing issues booking through personal scheduling links and receiving/sending notifications. Our engineering team is investigating.

CalendarHero API services are down, this will impact logging in, web app, meeting types and meeting bookings. Our team is investigating and we will keep you updated.

11:24 am EDT: the engineering team has reported that we should be coming on online soon. We are just deploying the backup email server so we can get out emails and monitor the system as we come back-up. We will keep you updated with any further developments.

11:58 am EDT: CalendarHero is now fully back online.

We are currently experiencing some issues syncing changes with our calendar integrations. Our team is investigating.

The issue was resolved Dec 17, 2021 at 3:50 pm EDT.


Nov 30, 2021 9:00 am EDT

We are experiencing delays in sending emails.

The issue was resolved at 9:27 pm EDT on Nov 30th, but ~60,000 outbound emails/notifications were lost. No chat/SMS notifications were lost, nor was there any other outage in other parts of the system.
