What are some of the biggest scheduling issues you’ve experienced and how can this integration help?
The biggest scheduling issues I’ve had come down to the back-and-forth coordination with candidates and scheduling internal stakeholders for interviews. As a recruiter, I want to be focused on building relationships with candidates, which is so important for showcasing your company culture. However, the old way of scheduling meetings kept me from doing that.
This integration empowers me to focus on building relationships with candidates and increases my hiring velocity by taking care of the entire scheduling aspect. Instead of emailing candidates interview times, CalendarHero sends the meeting request. Instead of frantically looking through my email history or ATS for a candidate’s resume, my CalendarHero meeting briefings automatically include a link to it.

What was your hiring process like before you started using CalendarHero?
It was extremely manual. I would book meetings myself through my email calendar and rely heavily on emailing candidates repeatedly to find mutual availability. The toughest part was scheduling internal team members for candidate interviews. I would pick a date and time that worked best for the candidate and then manually invite internal team members to the interview. The problem with that was I risked losing internal interviewers who couldn’t make the chosen time. I was then forced to schedule additional interviews with the same candidate, so that they could meet with everyone.
That is just a scheduling nightmare when you’re trying to hire quickly.
CalendarHero’s group algorithm completely eliminates the stress of scheduling group meetings. I just send a meeting request out to all the attendees and CalendarHero picks a time based on mutual availability without me having to do any manual coordination.
