Connecting Freshdesk to CalendarHero

  1. Create a CalendarHero account

  2. Log in to CalendarHero and click on “My Integrations” under “My Account”

  3. Click “Add” and choose “Tickets” — from there you’ll be able to add Freshdesk to CalendarHero

  4. You’re all set! Your Freshdesk contacts, articles and tickets will sync automatically
