Connecting Mailchimp to CalendarHero

  1. Create a CalendarHero account

  2. Log in to CalendarHero and click on “My Integrations”

  3. Click “Add Integrations” and select “Contacts” — from there you’ll be able to add Mailchimp to your CalendarHero account

  4. You’re all set! Your Mailchimp contacts will sync automatically

With CalendarHero for Mailchimp you can:

  • Automatically schedule 1:1, group, and video meetings with contacts synced from your Mailchimp CRM (ex. “Schedule call with Joe”)
