Practically overnight, we went from big central offices to remote work culture.

2020 was a historic year for many reasons, but it was a truly transformative moment from a work perspective. Practically overnight, we went from big central offices to remote work culture. And with that, we saw significant growth in remote collaboration technologies and our reliance on them. Now, everyone from your coworkers to your great aunt uses video conferencing platforms to stay connected.

At CalendarHero, we felt the work-from-home boom in unique ways. As a meeting scheduling software company, we had solutions that would enable people to work from home efficiently and elevate the experience. Beyond simplifying how people scheduled video meetings, we also rolled out new features that supported work-life balance, reduced distractions, and simplified how groups collaborate.

In this annual report, we’re sharing how CalendarHero supported our customers’ transition to remote meetings and insights into how meetings have changed over the last year.

In 2020, we helped our customers schedule 26 times more meetings than the year before.

Where did we meet?

Meetings stopped happening in boardrooms and virtual meetings became more popular. In 2020, we scheduled 120 times more video meetings than the year before.

Zoom.us, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex were our most popular video integrations. In total, we have 12 video integrations and added 5 of them in the last year.

What else did we automate?

CalendarHero can automate your entire meeting workflow. From finding documents to updating your CRM, tying tasks together in one place helps our customers reduce context switching and stay focused on high-value work.

Last year, we added 10+ new integrations to our directory. Outside of video conferencing, here were the most popular apps to pair with CalendarHero in 2020.
