CalendarHero works where you work. Now, you can quickly and easily schedule meetings directly from our updated web app. Think of the CalendarHero web app as one central spot to schedule and manage all your meetings. Simply select your invitees, choose a meeting type and let us handle the rest!
Customize meetings for faster scheduling
Only CalendarHero makes it this easy to customize your meetings. In our web app, you have the choice to use our pre-configured meeting types like “meeting” or “call” or you can create your very own and unleash powerful automation. Quickly and easily schedule any meeting by adding all your meeting types like a “Discovery” that includes video conferencing or “Interview” that automatically includes your office address. Manage and customize your meetings your way.
Schedule Zoom video meetings automatically
We now have a Zoom Video Communications integration! As of today, you can automatically schedule video calls for quick and easy video conference meetings. Simply add Zoom Video Conferencing as an integration and to one or more custom meeting types like “Interview” or “Product Demo”. That’s it!
Automate interviews with Greenhouse
Hiring? Now you can automatically log interviews and meetings scheduled with CalendarHero directly in Greenhouse and track every stage of the interview process. Key details like name and date as well as activities like when a reminder is sent or the moment a candidate accepts a meeting will be automatically logged in Greenhouse. Simply add Greenhouse as an ATS in CalendarHero to start hiring faster.
