1. Introducing Redirect Links: You can now add a custom URL to redirect an invitee to a specific web page after they schedule a meeting with you. It’s a great way to track meeting conversions and keep invitees on your website longer. Learn about redirecting invitees after scheduling.

2. Add or Remove Invitees: Need to make a last-minute change to your invite list? From your Tasks page, you can now add or remove invitees from an active meeting request. Learn more about adding or removing invitees.

3. Update to Round Robin: Instead of being randomly assigned, invitees can now choose who they’d like to meet with for a meeting self-booked with Round Robin. Learn more about Round Robin.

4. New Video Integrations: We now have 10+ video integrations and counting. Vectera and RingCentral users can now auto-populate video links in meetings scheduled through CalendarHero. Learn how to add video integrations.

5. New Languages: Your invitee meeting acceptance experience can now be translated into German and Swedish along with English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Learn more about language options .

6. Room Booking Update: Find the right room for your next IRL meeting, automatically. You can add a meeting room to a specific Meeting Type to reserve rooms with bookings automatically. Learn how to request a room.
