Connecting Zoom Webinar to CalendarHero

  1. Start by creating a CalendarHero account

  2. Log in to CalendarHero and go to My Integrations and click +Add Integrations

  3. Select Video Conferencing and add Zoom Webinar or Zoom Webinar (Account Level)

  4. You’ll receive an automated prompt to log in to your existing Zoom account to complete the integration set-up

  5. Add a new group class meeting type and select Zoom Webinar under Location & Conferencing
