Screening calls or pre-screening interviews are one of the earliest touch points in your recruiting funnel, and a chance to give a potential candidate a strong first impression. To quickly secure your screening call, without any back and forth, share a personal scheduling link with a candidate in an email or LinkedIn message. This way your candidate can easily pick a time date and date for your interview from your availability in seconds.
You’ll also be able to customize details like duration, availability window, and location or video conferencing.
Once the candidate selects a time, CalendarHero will add the meeting to your calendars immediately, and any new contact information will be updated in your Zoho Recruit ATS automatically.
Hiring Manager Interviews
After the candidate makes it through your initial screening, it’s time to move them to the next interview stage with your hiring manager. To make this interview round seamless, we recommend inviting your hiring manager to become a CalendarHero collaborator.
