By now you’ve become a pro at booking meetings the smart way. If a prospect shows any interest, you instantly share your CalendarHero personal scheduling link to give them a speedy way of meeting with you. Now, with our latest update, you can also give your invitee the handy option of inviting additional guests to your CalendarHero meeting.
Without any back and forth, your invitee can click on your personal scheduling link to see when you’re available, spot any scheduling conflicts, and pick a time for your upcoming meeting. All of this happens in a matter of seconds and ensures that meetings fly into your calendar in a flash.
However, we know that the speed of scheduling isn’t the only factor that leads to successful meetings. It’s essential that everyone involved (including yourself) feels adequately prepared and that includes knowing exactly who’s going to be there.
That’s why we’ve updated our product to make it easy for your invitees to add additional guests to your meetings. In other words: you can give your invitee the option of self-scheduling a group meeting in one click.
Share your scheduling link for easy group meetings
The next time you share your personal scheduling link, your invitee will now have the option to add other guests to your meeting.
This new feature is enabled by default in all CalendarHero meeting types, so your invitees can start adding guests right away. However, if there are specific meetings that you’d like to keep strictly one-on-one, then you can uncheck the feature in your associated meeting type.
If your invitee adds other guests to your meeting, then CalendarHero will send each guest an invitation, find a mutual time for everyone to meet, and add them to the meeting automatically. As the meeting creator, you’ll always be notified of any additional guests.
No more surprises
With this update to our personal scheduling link, you won’t ever be caught off guard by surprise meeting attendees.
New guests will be added to your contacts automatically, so you can easily get in touch with them afterwards and use our People Insights feature to learn more about each attendee before you meet.
