1. Group Class
Give clients what they want: a straightforward online booking process. Group Class is the simplest way to organize all your group events, including marketing webinars, training sessions, and fitness classes. With Group Class, you can pre-schedule a group event (ex. “Virtual Yoga”) for a set time and date and enable multiple participants to sign up for the same event.
Group Class takes the hassle out of scheduling and managing group events. Inside your CalendarHero account, track, update and reschedule group class events. Set a physical location or automatically add a video conferencing link for virtual gatherings. Allow unlimited attendees to join or set a limit. For paid events, instantly process and refund payments with our Stripe integration. Once booked, CalendarHero automatically adds your event to your attendees’ calendars so everyone’s in the loop and you have one less item on your to-do list.
2. Google Analytics Tracking
Want more insight into your invitee scheduling experience? Measure the success of your meeting-related campaign funnels and your invitee flow with Google Analytics. Now, CalendarHero users with a Professional or Team plan subscription can track events and measure conversions related to their invitee experience.
Best of all, Google Analytics tracking can be added to both standard meetings and group class events. Decide which CalendarHero meeting types you’d like to track and insert your tracking ID under “Invitee Experience” in your meeting type’s settings. Once you’ve added your tracking ID, you’ll be able to create goals and track your meeting activity in Google Analytics.
3. Invitee Notifications
One of the best parts of scheduling meetings with CalendarHero is automated invitee notifications. Instead of having to follow up with invitees manually, CalendarHero notifies your invitees of meeting requests, reminders and updates automatically.

This month, we’ve made enhancements to our notifications based on user feedback to increase the clarity of meeting details, especially when booking meetings with attendees in different time zones or languages.
“Your time or my time?”
To ensure there’s never any time zone confusion, we now specify the time zone with your meeting’s scheduled time, so attendees know exactly when they’re meeting with you (ex. “Discovery Call” from 10 am to 11 am PT). In addition, we now automatically display time using either the 12-hour clock or 24-hour clock based on your language settings.
In addition to displaying the names of attendees, we now include attendee email addresses in the meeting details, so your meeting guests always know who they’re meeting with and don’t have to play guessing games. Please note: For Group Class events, attendees lists are not displayed and are only visible to the meeting creator.
4. Buffer Time
Ready for a feature that’s bound to transform the quality of your workday? If you want more balance and ownership over your schedule, get to know Buffer Time. This essential feature adds buffers between your meetings automatically, so you can ensure there’s room in your calendar to prepare your talking points, take notes, or stretch your legs before your next Zoom call.
To give our users greater flexibility, we’ve added even more custom time increments that you can use to set buffers before and/or after meetings take place. In addition to our existing time increments, you can now add the following to your buffer time settings: 20 minutes, 25 minutes, 35 minutes, 40 minutes, 50 minutes, and 55 minutes.
Use Buffer Time to customize every meeting to your schedule and working style.
