CalendarHero Release Notes: January 2021

As the first month of the New Year nears its close, we’re only getting started on new releases to make your meeting scheduling game even stronger this year. That means more control, intelligence, and flexibility to help you meet faster, balance your time, and build a schedule that allows you to do your best work.

This month, we’re showcasing new features that will positively impact your invitee experience and how you manage your time. Keep reading to see what’s new!

Here is what’s new at CalendarHero in January:

1. Set Daily Meeting Limits

Ready for a better-balanced workday? You can now set the maximum number of meetings you’d like to have daily with our new feature Meeting Limits. With this feature, you get to have more control over the volume of your bookings. To set a meeting limit, edit or create a meeting type and then update your meeting limit to your desired limit.

For example, if you want no more than three discovery calls per day, set your meeting limit to “3”. With Meeting Limits, you don’t have to treat all meetings as equal and ensure you’re not getting overloaded by too many meetings.

2. Display a Monthly Calendar View

Want even more control over your invitee experience? Now, you can opt to display your calendar availability as a daily or monthly view. If you typically schedule time-sensitive meetings, a daily view will encourage your invitees to pick dates closer to the time of booking. The monthly display is ideal if you like to schedule meetings more than a week in advance.

To update your calendar view, log in to CalendarHero and go to My Account > Branding & Display.

3. More Language Customizations

Meeting with clients in multiple languages? Now, you can add even more personalization to their invitee experience. With this update, you have the option of choosing your display language right within your meeting type. That means you can pre-set the language your invitee sees when selecting a time to meet with you.

For example, if you have a Spanish-speaking client, you can create a dedicated meeting type with the language set to Spanish. Currently, CalendarHero supports English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Swedish.

4. New Integrations: SalesLoft, Pabbly, Integrately

With more than 60 apps in our integrations directory, we’ve built CalendarHero to be flexible and supportive of how you like to work. Add robust meeting scheduling technology to your existing workflow through integrations like Zapier, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and more.

This month we’ve added three new options for you!

SalesLoft
Connect CalendarHero to SalesLoft to sync your CRM contacts for easy sales meeting automation. You’ll also be able to see insights about your sales contacts in your meeting briefings.

Pabbly
Design your workflow exactly how you like it. Build custom automations with CalendarHero in Pabbly.

Integrately
Add powerful meeting scheduling to your customized workflow with CalendarHero in Integrately.
