We recommend using the CalendarHero personal scheduling link or meeting directory URL within email campaigns. Both options enable your invitees to self-schedule meetings from your real-time availability (or your team’s availability). 

Just like any other link, you can add your personal scheduling or meeting directory link to a button or text directly in the content of a Mailchimp email to promote your meeting offering to your audience.

This way, you and your contacts can skip the "when are you free?" dance. Your contacts will click on your meeting call to action and be taken to a scheduling page to choose from available time slots.

Organize Group Meetings with Mailchimp Contacts

How to add Mailchimp to CalendarHero 

To add Mailchimp to CalendarHero, you'll first need to create a CalendarHero account. The Mailchimp integration can be used with any CalendarHero plan, so it’s easy to get started.

  • Log in to CalendarHero and click on "My Integrations" 

  • Click "Add Integrations" and select "Contacts" — from there, you'll be able to add Mailchimp to your account
